Internal Shipping

  • All orders are shipped through Aramex. The estimated shipping time is between 7-12 business days. Please allow two business days for order processing.
  • Custom-Made Items: (3-4 weeks).
  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provided is accurate.

  • Orders totaling SAR 3000 and above: Free shipping

International Shipping

  • If you are making an international purchase, we suggest checking with your local customs office for any additional fees you may incur.
  • Please note that customs and duties are your responsibility.
  • The estimated international shipping time is between 5-14 business days. Please allow two business days for order processing.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Return Policy

  • All items are non-returnable as they are custom-made and produced in small quantities.
  • Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if there is a defect in the product, you can submit a “Refund/Product Return” request within one day of receiving the product.
  • You must contact us to fill out the “Refund Request” form before initiating the return process. The refund request form is valid for three days from the date of issue.
  • In the case of product return due to a product defect, damage during delivery, or incorrect delivery, no additional shipping fees will be charged. In case of return for other reasons, shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
  • When preparing the product for return, it should be in its original condition with all accessories and accompanying certificates. We do not accept returns for products that have scratches or are damaged due to misuse. We reserve the right to approve the acceptance of returns that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
